mikayel_abazyan It is not an easy task to add something new to the ocean of music that would catch one's attention, demand another spin and start growing on. New songs and albums keep appearing almost every day, but Simone and Martina's efforts are not just beautiful, brilliantly arranged and catchy enough to stay in our collections. They are touched by the Spirit of Music - something we all know but can't properly describe with words.
Eh, there's no need to describe it. Just listen!
And spread the word! Favorite track: Digital Rain.

about

This is our first album together. We tried to combine as many different influences as we can into something that we feel proud of. So you can find Progressive Rock, Art Rock, Pop, Classical music, Electronic music and probably even something else.

We began working on this album mid-December 2016, and by mid-March 2017 it was done! We are very proud of the result, considering the fact that every song has been written, played, recorded, mixed, produced and mastered by us at home (talk about Indie and DIY!). Obviously, living pretty far away from each other, there has been quite a lot of sending tracks back and forth, but we managed to get a lot done this way anyway.

The equipment that has been used is far from being professional, so if you think the audio quality here is not comparable to some of your favourite albums, bear that in mind.
Here is a little list to give you an idea of what we used:
- A USB microphone for Martina's vocals.
- A couple of keyboards for everything that can be played on them (even orchestra and bass, since sadly we don't have a real bass guitar, and every sound, from piano to Mellotron, Hammond and Minimoog, has been created by plugins).
- A Fender Telecaster for every guitar part (there are a few).
- A cheapish audio interface, for everything that needs to be plugged into the computer.
- Obviously a computer (well, one each).
- A DAW (the old and faithful Studio One 2 for Simone and Pro Tools for Martina)
- Oh and yes, all drum parts are obviously a plugin.

We truly hope you'll like our work, and if you do, please consider the possibility of buying the album; so we can buy things with the money you give us and make our next album sound better! Yay!
